Yr Egin

The client

We were commissioned by Yr Egin to produce a launch video for a new project. Creative West Wales is a new network by the Welsh Government Agency, Creative Wales, for creative businesses in west Wales to come together, collaborate and develop the creative sector in south west Wales, with an initial priority to focus on the growth of the screen, music, digital and research and development sectors.

The brief

We were asked to produce the video of the launch event at Canolfan S4C Yr Egin, Carmarthen. The video needed to visually establish the brand identity, showcase Yr Egin as the central hub for the area, and display short interviews with key individuals within the Creative West Wales network.

What we did

After the filming, we turned things around quickly to deliver an edit within 2 working days.

We delivered multiple versions for all possible placements needed - horizontal (16:9) for YouTube and IRL screens, square (1:1) for social feeds and vertical (9:16) for placements like TikTok and Reels. We also delivered the videos with English and Welsh subtitles for all possible needs.
